We will come to your pool and set up a drop-in timing system with scoreboards, admin table, printers, console and everything needed to run the meet. We will use our own admin software or your Hy-Tek if you want. We are fully compatible with Meet Manager. When the meet is over we will pack up and leave no trace. Swimmers get times, and coaches get to coach. Leave the timing and officiating to us!
Our pricing structure is simple. We charge $300 for the first session and $200 for each additional session per meet. So, a one-day meet with a morning and afternoon session would be $300 + $200 total. We can provide an invoice to your club, city, or whatever you need. 2025 Price Sheet PDF
